Ingredients
- 2 c Sugar (Granulated)
- 1/4 c cocoa powder
- 113 g butter
- 3 c oatmeal
Method
Mix sugar, cocoa and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils. Let it boil for at least 30 seconds to a minute, then stir in the oatmeal. Spoon into cookie-sized lumps on a parchment paper-lined plate/pan/what-have-you. Let them set up/harden/cool, and voila!
Notes
Make sure you put some water in your cooking pan or wash it right away; from experience, scrubbing off hardened cookie bits is no fun.
