- 76 g butter
- 2 c Sugar (Icing)
- 1/2 T vanilla
- 2 T water
Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, up to 4 T as needed, and mix until smooth and of desired consistency (a thick syrup). Drizzle over cooled cake.
Can change out the flavoring for one appropriate for the cake this is going on.
