- 3 c Flour (Self-Raising)
- 12 oz beer
- 1 c sugar
Combine ingredients, bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
SJ Note 15 August 2009: Originally called for 1.25 cups sugar; will need to reduce that at least some. Cooking time seems to be off (or our oven, one): took closer to an hour for this to get done enough to try tonight, rather than 30 minutes, and I only made a half batch! Try it next time with not-flat beer *coff*
