Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh crawfish tails (or shrimp)
  • 1 c Roban sauce
  • 120 g pasta (cooked)
  • 2 T chopped green onions

Method

Heat sauce just to a simmer in a large saute pan. Add crawfish or shrimp and cooked pasta and toss to coat in sauce. Cook only long enough to heat the pasta. Garnish with chopped green onion.

 

Notes

Sauce can be made in advance and kept in the fridge.  Prep time is time to shell the crawfish or shrimp; if you have already-peeled ones, this dish will go together in no time.  I'm guessing on the pasta, because the original (see link) calls for 1.5 pounds of cooked pasta, and I don't know how to translate between cooked and uncooked weights of pasta.  120g should be a good amount of dry pasta for two people, though.  I'll make this, and then adjust the quantities as needed.

This sauce is what's called for.
