- 200 g Sugar (Granulated) (1 cup)
- 2/3 c cocoa powder
- 1/4 c Corn Starch / Corn Flour
- 2 T Corn Starch / Corn Flour
- 790 mL milk (3.33 cups)
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 t butter (optional)
Method
In a pot, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the milk and, stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Pour into prepared pie crust.
