- 1 lb cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Sugar (Castor)
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3 T crushed lavender buds
- graham cracker crust
Method
Set cream cheese out at room temperature to soften.
Blend all filling ingredients well. Pour in graham cracker crust. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh lavender blossoms if desired.
