Lavender Spice Rub
- 2 T black peppercorns (or 1 T white and 1 T black)
- 3 T garlic powder
- 2 T salt
- 1.5 T dried lavender buds
Place all ingredients in a mini-chopper or clean, dry coffee mill, and blend to powder form.
Keep covered and stored in a cool, dry location.
