- 2 eggs
- 113 g butter (8 Tbsp)
- 1/2 t vanilla extract (2.5 mL)
- 200 g Sugar (Granulated) (1 cup)
- 1 t lavender buds (5 mL)
- 188 g Flour (Plain) (1.5 cups)
- 2 t baking powder (10 mL/10g)
- 1/2 t salt (2.5 mL/3g)
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Put eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla, and lavender into a blender and run on low until well mixed.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and stir until well blended. Drop dough a teaspoon at a time onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-10 minutes until lightly browned.
SJ Note: These are some of my favorite cookies; I love them in spring and summer time. They're very thin, light, and airy. They spread a lot.
