Notes
SJ Note 23 March 2010: We liked this. Definitely need side dishes to make it a meal. We tried half with hoisin sauce, as originally written, and half with oyster sauce, as many of the reviewers enjoyed it with that. I used sliced beef, though you could use ground beef in a pinch. After reading several reviews, I reduced the hoisin by half (again) in the half we made with the hoisin. We liked both, though Chris preferred the hoisin sauce one a bit. I want it more saucy, so I've adjusted the amount of noodles and sauce, topping up the sauce with oyster.
