Ingredients
- 1.25 lb diced meat (stewed chicken, turkey, and ham, with broth)
- 2 diced potatoes (small)
- 1 c canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 c diced onion
- 1.5 c corn
- 3/4 lima beans
- 30 g cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 28 g butter
- 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 T poultry seasoning
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 c diced carrot (optional)
- tomato juice
Method
In large stock pot or Dutch Oven, mix all ingredients, heat until bubbly and hot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato juice as desired. Cook until all vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
