Ingredients

  • 2 pint okra (small)
  • 1 c Vinegar (Cider)
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 peppers (hot)
  • 2 t dill seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic

Method

Wash okra.  Bring vinegar, water, and salt to a boil.

Put okra in pint jars.  To each pint, add one pepper, 1 teaspoon dill seed, and 2 cloves garlic.

Pour boiling brine to cover okra.

Process in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Wait 1 month before serving.
