- 1/2 c chopped red onion
- 2 fl oz soy sauce
- 2 fl oz vinegar (red wine)
- 4 fl oz oil
- 200 g broccoli (broken into florets)
Add a sliced red onion to equal parts soy sauce and red wine vinegar with 3 parts vegetable or other oil. Marinate broccoli in this mixture at least 4 hours. Grill and enjoy!
SJ Note 13 Aug 2010: We tried this, and it didn't work, but I don't remember why. Hm. I think it was too much red onion, and too big. So I've pared down the amount here, and changed it from sliced to chopped.
