Ingredients

  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1 c vinegar (white)
  • 1 t Salt (Table)
  • 1 c finely chopped parsley (Italian)
  • 4 fresh tomatoes (large, chopped)
  • 1 finely chopped onion (large)
  • 2 finely chopped red cayenne peppers (fresh)

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve either at room temperature or cold.

Serve over meat and beans of feijoada completa.
