Ingredients
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 c vinegar (white)
- 1 t Salt (Table)
- 1 c finely chopped parsley (Italian)
- 4 fresh tomatoes (large, chopped)
- 1 finely chopped onion (large)
- 2 finely chopped red cayenne peppers (fresh)
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve either at room temperature or cold.
Serve over meat and beans of feijoada completa.
