Ingredients

  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 collard greens (bunches)
  • 1 t Salt (Table)

Method

Wash and shred the collard greens; set aside.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the garlic until light golden brown. Add the collard greens and salt. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until greens are tender; do not overcook.
