Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter
  • 60 g honey (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract

Method

Cut the butter into chunks. 

Place the butter into the mixer's work bowl and beat at low speed, using the whisk attachment to loosen the butter.  Increase the speed to medium and add the honey, cinnamon, and vanilla; beat well until combined, about 5 - 7 minutes.

Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper or plastic wrap.  Roll into two logs and refrigerate for 2 hours.
