Ingredients

  • 11 oz can Mexicorn (drained)
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan
  • 1 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 6 sliced jarred jalepenos (chopped)

Method

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 20-25 minutes.  Serve with chips.
