Pork Chops Yum-Yum
- 2 pork chops (1/2" to 3/4" thick)
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 42 g honey (2T)
- 1 fl oz soy sauce
- 1 T ketchup
- 1/4 t dried ginger
- 1/8 t garlic salt
Brown chops on both sides.
Place in greased baking dish. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350F until done. (Try 30 minutes)
SJ Note 20 Sept 2012: Cook time was entirely too long (originally 1 hour). We didn't taste much beyond the slightly charred pork, but maybe we might once we lower the cook time. We might try this again.
