- 2 T Corn Starch / Corn Flour
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/2 t minced ginger (fresh)
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 1 c broth
Method
Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar with a lid. Screw the lid on. Shake well.
Add to the stir fry at the end; boil for 1 minute until slightly thickened.
Can store this in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
