Ingredients

  • 4 t onion powder
  • 1 T chili powder (or 4T of American chili powder)
  • 1/2 T salt
  • 4 t corn starch
  • 1/2 T garlic powder
  • 1 T ground cumin
  • 1 T crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 crushed beef boullion cubes
  • 1/2 T dried oregano

Method

1. Combine the ingredients.

2. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 1 year.

3. Add 2 Tablespoons to 1 lb cooked and drained beef and 1/3-1/2 cup water; cook until done.
