- 4 t onion powder
- 1 T chili powder (or 4T of American chili powder)
- 1/2 T salt
- 4 t corn starch
- 1/2 T garlic powder
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1 T crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 crushed beef boullion cubes
- 1/2 T dried oregano
1. Combine the ingredients.
2. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 1 year.
3. Add 2 Tablespoons to 1 lb cooked and drained beef and 1/3-1/2 cup water; cook until done.
