Smoked Chicken Breasts
- 2.5 T wood chips (2 heaped Tbsp)
- 5 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- black pepper
- ground rosemary
- dried herbs
Place wood chips of choice in the outside pan. Line the inside pan with foil. Assemble.
Coat the chicken in oil, then season as desired. Place breasts on the smoker grate.
Close the lid almost all the way, leaving it about 1cm open. Turn on heat to medium-low or low. When smoke starts coming out, close the lid all the way and start a timer for 35 minutes.
Cook the chicken til done (160F).
