- 1.5 T wood chips
- 1 lb sausage
1. Place wood chips of choice in the outside pan. Line the inside pan with foil. Assemble.
2. Place sausage on the smoker grate.
3. Close the lid almost all the way, leaving it about 1cm open. Turn on heat to medium-low or low. When smoke starts coming out, close the lid all the way and start a timer for 20 minutes.
4. Cook the sausage til done (160F).
