Ingredients

  • 1 c oil
  • 1/2 c water
  • 250 g Flour (Plain)
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 3 c shredded carrot
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g Sugar (Granulated)
  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 120 g Sugar (Icing)
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 113 g butter
  • 3 drop water

Method

For the cake:

Mix all ingredients well with a wooden spoon. Pour into desired pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes (more or less depending on pan size) until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the frosting:

Beat all ingredients well and spread on top of cooled cake.
