Notes
27 July 2010: Made this after brining (with Pork Chop Brine, http://myst.starforge.co.uk/index.cgi?block=3&op=view&id=9 ), and it was tasty, had good flavor. I used 2t Worcestershire sauce + 1t brown sauce instead of the called-for 1/2T Worcestershire sauce + 1/2T barbecue sauce, since I had no barbecue sauce to hand. Next time, use half the apple sauce (I've altered the recipe to reflect that), whilst leaving all other ingredients the same. Bake at 300F for 1 to 1.5 hours, covered, then uncover when cooked through and grill (broil) for a few minutes.
