Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked mackerel
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 T chopped chives
  • horseradish (to taste)
  • lemon juice (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Method

Mix all ingredients in a food processor; season to taste.  Chill in fridge for several hours.  Serve with crackers.
