Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 c honey
  • 57 g butter
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1.5 c Flour (Wholemeal)

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Melt butter in a pan. Add to mashed bananas. Add baking soda, whole wheat flour, and honey. Mix well. Pour into an oiled loaf pan and bake for one hour.

3/4 c honey = 254g
