Pizza Dough (2-ingredient)
- 188 g self-raising flour (1.5c)
- 1 c Greek yogurt
Mix the flour and yogurt. Knead it together. Stretch it into a pizza pan.
Parbake for 5 minutes.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake for 15 more minutes.
Notes: Double the recipe for a 16" pizza. Temperatures vary between 350F and 500F, so some experimentation is in order.
