- For Cinnamon Raisin:
- 25 g quick oats (uncooked)
- 9 g oatmeal powder (quick oats ground in the food processor, 2 T)
- 1/8 t table salt
- 7 g Sugar - granulated (2 T)
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon (to taste)
- 40 g raisins (1/4 cup, packed)
- For Maple & Brown Sugar:
- 25 g quick oats (uncooked)
- 9 g oatmeal powder
- 1/8 t table salt
- 7 g sugar - dark brown
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 12 g maple syrup
- For Berries & Cream:
- 25 g quick oats (uncooked)
- 9 g oatmeal powder
- 1/8 t table salt
- 7 g Sugar - granulated
- 20 g dry milk
- 40 g berries (frozen; quartered)
- To finish all flavors:
- boiling water (2-4 oz, as desired, or boiling milk)
Method
Combine all ingredients except water and/or milk together in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Boil water and/or milk. Add liquid to the dry ingredients; stir until combined. Let sit 2 - 3 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency. Enjoy!
