Ingredients

  • For Cinnamon Raisin:
  • 25 g quick oats (uncooked)
  • 5 g oatmeal powder (quick oats ground in the food processor, 2 T)
  • 3 g Sugar - granulated
  • 7 g ground flax seeds
  • 7 g hemp seed hearts
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 3/4 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 40 g raisins (or sultanas)
  • For Berries & Cream:
  • 30 g quick oats (uncooked)
  • 10 g oatmeal powder
  • 3 g Sugar - granulated
  • 7 g ground flax seeds
  • 7 g hemp seed hearts
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 20 g dry milk
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 40 g berries (frozen; quartered)
  • For Maple & Brown Sugar:
  • 30 g quick oats (uncooked)
  • 10 g oatmeal powder
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 3 g sugar - dark brown
  • 7 g ground flax seeds
  • 7 g hemp seed hearts
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 1/4 t ground cinnamon
  • 12 g maple syrup
  • To finish all flavors:
  • boiling water (2-4 oz, as desired, or boiling milk)

Method

Combine all ingredients except water together in a bowl; mix thoroughly. 

Boil water; add to the dry ingredients; stir until combined. 

Let sit 2 - 3 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency.  Enjoy!
