- For Cinnamon Raisin:
- 30 g quick oats (uncooked)
- 5 g oatmeal powder (quick oats ground in the food processor, 2 T)
- 3 g Sugar - granulated
- 10 g ground flax seeds
- 10 g hemp seed hearts
- 5 g chia seeds
- 3/4 t ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch table salt
- 30 g raisins (or sultanas)
- For Berries & Cream:
- 30 g quick oats (uncooked)
- 5 g oatmeal powder
- 3 g Sugar - granulated
- 10 g ground flax seeds
- 10 g hemp seed hearts
- 5 g chia seeds
- 20 g dry milk
- 1 pinch table salt
- 60 g berries (frozen; quartered)
- For Maple & Brown Sugar:
- 30 g quick oats (uncooked)
- 5 g oatmeal powder
- 1 pinch table salt
- 3 g sugar - dark brown
- 10 g ground flax seeds
- 10 g hemp seed hearts
- 5 g chia seeds
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 9 g maple syrup
- To finish all flavors:
- boiling water (2-4 oz, as desired, or boiling milk)
Method
Combine all ingredients except water together in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
Boil water; add to the dry ingredients; stir until combined.
Let sit 2 - 3 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency. Enjoy!
